We can confirm that Connor Carthew has transferred back to Kentisbeare Football Club after just a short spell at Kensham Park.

Connor, a Ninchian at heart, was signed by Stuart Murray from Kentisbeare in the early stages of the 17/18 season and went on to make fifteen appearances in total.

Most memorably, he scored a cracking 25 yard strike in a crushing 8-0 win at home to Kenn Valley back in March of this year.

His excellent contributions in helping us to achieve promotion as well as reach a cup final will always be greatly respected by everyone involved at our club.

We would like to wish Connor all the very best as he returns to Rectory Park.
